❥By requesting a commission from me, you agree/consent to these terms and conditions and you acknowledge you are above 18 yrs of age.-ˋˏ✄┈┈┈┈♡»I. Preferences«♡❥I typically draw anime or video game characters, including y/n situations and ship art.❥I will not draw political or religious themes, or anything that may be hateful, abusive or discriminatory to others.❥I do accept NSFW commissions if you are at least 18 years of age! Feel free to ask any questions you may have regarding the theme you want me to draw, but please note I have the right to refuse if I feel uncomfortable. I am comfortable drawing most NSFW themes, so please don’t hesitate to ask. :3 Characters must be AT LEAST 18 and humanoid/furry/anthro for a NSFW commission. (canon timeskips are okay).❥Some examples of things I will draw include: extreme gore, NSFW, fanart, self-inserts, y/n scenarios, ship art, etc. of fictional characters.❥Some examples of things I won’t draw include: mecha, pet portraits, realism, cars (exterior), family portraits (I’m not that kind of artist, sorry), tattoo designs (once again, not my expertise), and fanart of real people (unless it’s a y/n or self insert scenario).♡»II. Payment & Refunds«♡❥ Payments are accepted via PayPal, CashApp & Venmo! Tips are not required, but are always greatly appreciated. <3❥My prices are in USD.❥At least half of the payment must be sent before I will start on the sketch process.❥If I haven’t started on your commission yet and the client or myself has to cancel, a full refund will be issued.❥There will be no refunds after the client has approved the sketch phase of the commission .♡»III. The Process«♡❥The way I go about my commissions is I have a waitlist/queue. When I am able to start working on your commission, I will first move you to my “To-Do” list on Trello and contact you via the listed contact method on your commission order form.❥ Please be sure to provide clear references of the character you want me to draw.❥Next, we discuss any commission details or questions you may have in depth and I will give you a price based on the character complexity, commission type, etc.❥Once payment has been sent and confirmed, I will start working on the sketch.❥ My drawing process comes with up to 4 approvals: The 1st approval is when I finish the sketch, the 2nd comes after I line & flat color the piece, the 3rd comes after rendering and if the client paid for a background, there will be a 4th approval after I finish drawing the background.❥Please tell me if something needs to be changed early on! If the client requests substantial changes past the sketch stage, this may incur extra fees. (Ex: Change in pose, hairstyle, added/removed features, etc.)❥ Commissions can take me anywhere from a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 5 months depending on the complexity of the piece and how busy my schedule is. Clients will ALWAYS be informed if a piece is delayed if something happens in my personal life.♡»IV. Misc Details«♡❥All prices presented are BASE rates and are subject to change depending on character complexity and add-ons.❥Commissions are for personal use only, such as using it on your social media & printing a copy for yourself, with credit to me as the creator. ❥Please be sure to thoroughly read over my TOS before placing a commission order! Submitting a commission form means you agree/consent to all of the terms in my TOS.❥Payments are accepted via PayPal, CashApp & Venmo! Tips are not required, but are always greatly appreciated. <3❥The prices listed are BASE rates for ONE character. Adding another character will add 60% of the original cost, excluding the background charge (if the client orders a background).❥I include simple backgrounds in the base rate of my commissions if the client would like one. Detailed backgrounds cost extra.❥Complex characters may incur an additional charge, which is determined by considering each case individually. These fees will be calculated before payment and the client will be informed of this fee.❥All terms regarding refunds are located under Section II (Payment & Refunds) of my TOS.❥Commissions can take me anywhere from a minimum of 1 week to a maximum of 5 months depending on the complexity of the piece and how busy my schedule is. ❥All custom designs come flat colored with simple highlights. All customs ALWAYS include a single full-body view with any/all of the optional following: name, SIMPLE accessories (collar/choker, piercings, jewelry, etc.), a color palette, species, gender, pronouns, and design notes. Please take note that these are BASE prices and may vary.❥Any of the custom character designs can be upgraded to a full reference page, but the price will increase depending on what kind of reference upgrade you want.
